Problems with bidding and shipping
Hello
I’m relatively new to buying things on eBay, and on this, my third purchase, I found a game I liked and it was up for auction; the thing is, I won it, the guy is sending it from Germany, and when it arrives in Spain they tell me on DHL’s side that "The recipient has refused the shipment" something impossible and on eBay’s side that they return it to the seller, which seems to me, in my opinion, like a scam, because even though it says that with an auction no money is refunded and I commit to paying, I do so if I receive what I buy but I’m not going to receive anything, and I don’t know what to do, according to eBay until the 14th passes they can’t do anything because that’s when it’s scheduled to be sent to me, what do the more experienced of you recommend?
