Hello, good afternoon
I'm new to eBay and just yesterday I sold my first item, but a few minutes later the buyer canceled the sale, now eBay is requiring me to issue a refund, but when I do it shows me an error. After reading and watching several YouTube videos, it seems the error is because I don't have money in my Payoneer account. What I don't understand is why I have to give that money back to the buyer if eBay never paid me that money?!!!
I would appreciate anyone who can help with this problem, since eBay is super inefficient in its attempt to solve problems through emails
