I requested a refund for a return, but they refunded me less money than I initially paid. I hope you can help me solve this problem.

If you received confirmation of a refund issued by the seller or by eBay, after opening a claim, or if the order was cancelled, you can check whether that refund was issued by clicking on 'See details' in the Purchase history of your account, after locating the order you are referring to. Also keep in mind that that refund, in order to be completed, may be only for the total amount you paid when completing the purchase.
Refunds once issued can take between 3-5 business days to be completed and visible in the payment method you used to complete a purchase. We would recommend that you contact your bank to understand the timeframes in which they may take to transfer those funds to your card, and if, as you say, you are seeing any discrepancy between the amount you can see in the refund confirmation on eBay, and the funds you have received.
