Purchase process not completed but first installment charged in PayPal
Hello. Last night I made a purchase of three items, two of them were from the same seller and the third item was from another seller. I added them to the cart as I always have done and proceeded to pay via PayPal with payment in three installments.
After completing the process with PayPal, when I returned to the eBay page I got a message saying that one seller did not sell more than one product per person and that I had to wait 10 days to buy the other one. The purchase process was not completed and it does not appear in my eBay purchase history, but in PayPal I have a temporary authorization for the amount of the first installment and a message saying that it is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. The charge will be made to your payment method when Pay in 3 installments completes the order.
If I log into the bank account I can see that the first installment has already been charged to the credit card associated with PayPal. In PayPal a transaction ID appears but there I cannot do anything else to claim.
Is there anything that can be done from eBay?
