identity verification process
Dear eBay team,
I am trying to complete the identity verification process, but I am running into a problem in the “National Identity Document” field.
I am a Moroccan citizen and currently live in Spain. I have selected “Morocco” as my nationality, but the system does not accept my Moroccan passport number as valid.
I have checked all the details (name, address, date of birth) and they are exactly as they appear on my passport. Even so, it will not let me continue.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know what the correct format is for entering the passport number or whether you need me to upload a copy of the document.
