Defective product
Hi, I've been trying for several days to contact eBay customer service and there's no way. The thing is I bought some shoes and I've had several problems (they charged me double shipping and the soles came almost completely unstuck after a week and a half of use), I thought it was resolved, since I took them to the cobbler to have them glued, but when I went to pick up the shoes (I had already said that in a week the whole sole came unstuck) he told me they wouldn't stay glued because the sole is worn out and he showed me that it's already broken, I hadn't even seen it. How can someone sell shoes, which are supposedly orthopedic, that are supposed to be good for your health, that are expensive (I paid 148.33€, then they made me a couple of refunds of 44.67€), so I've paid 103.74€ for the shoes and they are breaking apart and falling to pieces, and I've only used them for a week and a half, it seems like a complete scam to me. They are selling products in bad condition. And I want to report this, I don't know where I should go, here, to PayPal or some more important authority, but you can't treat people like this.

Hello @neus29,
On eBay, we have protection to cover your purchase in situations like these. If the item you received does not match the description in the original listing or if it arrived damaged or defective, you are covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee. You can return it even if the seller’s returns policy says they do not accept returns.
Below, I’ll tell you how to open the request yourself so you can start the process to return the item and get a full refund once the seller receives the item back.
You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can start the return process. The seller will have to pay the return shipping cost, and we always recommend having a friendly conversation between the seller and you so you can resolve the issue in the best possible way.
You can agree on whether you want them to send you the correct item or if you prefer a refund. It’s rare for sellers to ignore your help request, but if you don’t receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay’s help if you go into the case from your account and click the "Ask eBay to Step In". You must ask us for help before 30 days have passed since the case was opened or we won’t be able to help you after that time, so it’s important to keep an eye on the dates.
I trust this information is helpful.
Best regards
Cinthia
