Product sold to a newly created Chinese account with 0 votes
Good afternoon,
well, a new Chinese account created the same day with 0 votes has bought a couple of items from me (a lot), which obviously doesn't give me very good vibes.
The thing is that once I send the items (which include regional DLC, which makes me suspect even more because I wouldn't be able to redeem them), that user could claim to Ebay that it’s used when it isn’t; how could I protect myself? Should I cancel the sale outright?

Hello,
If a buyer opens an item not as described request, they will be covered by our Customer Guarantee Program. As a seller, if you think the buyer has opened that request to abuse our buyer protection program, you can report it from this page
If you do not want to complete that sale, you can cancel it if you wish, and for the future, keep in mind that you can set buyer requirements from ethis page, if you do not want to send your items to a specific location
