You can also ask us for help if, after 3 business days have passed since you opened the case, the seller has still not given you a prepaid return label or the necessary funds via PayPal to return the item (in this specific type of case you should not return the item until the seller gives you the return label or necessary funds; if you do not do so, you can ask us for help as I mentioned earlier). Just make sure that no more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, since that is the period covered by our eBay Customer Guarantee; if it is outside this time frame, it is likely that you will not be able to open the case and in that case we would recommend contacting the seller to sort it out directly with them.
