CAN I REQUEST A REFUND FOR INFLATED SHIPPING COSTS
Hello!
A few days ago I made a purchase on Ebay, I’m in Spain and the seller is too. It was a doll dress. The shipping costs seemed excessive to me, 25 Euros, for a dress that, if sent registered, since it weighs nothing, usually doesn’t go over 5 Euros. The seller was selling it for 85 Euros and gave me a 20 Euro discount, stressing that I had to be "grateful" because it was a 145 Euro item. Since the tracking number didn’t appear, I asked him to give it to me. He gave me a number that belonged to Correos Express, so I thought this courier service would be more expensive. The tracking didn’t recognize it and it wasn’t updating. Yesterday I received it and it was a registered shipment from Correos where the amount 4.97 Euros appeared. What do I do? Can I ask for a refund for the excess shipping costs?

Hello carbarrag_0,
Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller charged $25 euros for shipping +4.97 euros extra for shipping when you received the item.
If this is the case, contact the seller so you can come to an agreement, as it is the seller's responsibility to make sure that the shipping price is correct for the item they are listing.
If you cannot reach an agreement, contact us on our help pages and we will be happy to continue helping you. I hope this information is helpful and send you a greeting.
Cinthia
