Bids on eBay UK without shipping to Spain

Hello, my name is Juan, it turns out I have a question about a bid on an item that is being sold in the United Kingdom, and it says that they do not ship to Spain. My question is, can I bid on this item even though they do not ship to Spain, from the EBAY_UK page? I think I have no problem bidding, since nothing prevents me from doing so, because the listing says that for shipments to Spain you have to contact the seller, but it does not say that you cannot bid, thanks.
I have seen online that there are quite a few ways to bid, in this case.
Could you help me and advise me which is the best way to bid, without having problems with shipping.
