Questionable winning bids
Hi, more than once it has happened to me that I’ve lost an auction and the buyer who won it did so with the same amount as my maximum bid and bidding after me, without any prior bid of theirs being shown.
How is that possible if I had already bid that same amount before? Has this happened to anyone? Can someone explain it to me from Ebay?
I’m attaching a screenshot of the bid history.

Thanks for your message. This happens when the bidder you're competing with is using software to place the bid in the last second and your offer comes in a couple of seconds after the bid ended, and even though you bid the same amount, the bid came in too late and the winner is the other person.
