I'm going to make an international purchase, but the last time I did it the carrier informed me that they had delivered my purchase but I didn't receive it, Ebay refunded me, but now I want to make a new purchase and I would like to receive it at some kind of collection point, so I avoid the problem of if the carrier comes to deliver and I'm not at home. Is it possible to receive my purchase at a collection point because eBay doesn't offer this option?
