Pickup point in Rome
Hello, can I change my shipping address to a pickup point at a post office in the city of Rome? If so, could you tell me what that postal address would be? Thank you very much

Thanks for your message. If you have already paid for the item, it isn’t possible to update the information and have it sent to another address, but you can cancel the transaction.
If the seller has not yet sent the item, you can ask them to cancel the order. If more than an hour has passed or if the seller has already sent the item, you will need to contact them.
You can go to the following link to officially submit the Cancellation Request; when the seller cancels the transaction, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
