What happens if I auction something and I’m not happy with the price they offer me?
Hi! I wanted to know what happens if I put an item up for sale at auction and the highest price they offer me doesn't convince me. Do I have to sell the product to the highest bidder no matter what? Or can I keep it because I'm not satisfied with the amount?

Thank you for your message. When you list an item for sale in an eBay auction, you choose a starting price, which is the minimum you will accept for the item, and interested buyers bid on the item. When the auction ends, you sell the item to the highest bidder.
Because you have selected the minimum price in the auction, we expect sellers to go ahead with the transaction when the auction ends and the item is sold to the highest bidder.
