What can be done if Ebay restricts your account? And it doesn’t tell you why it’s restricting it and also denies payment for a sale. I’m writing this complaint to vent my frustration and my feeling of helplessness with ebay.es’s digital selling serviceIn February I sold a bicycle to a buyer from Barcelona. The shipment went well and the buyer was happy. I wasn’t expecting to sell the bike so soon, I still didn’t have all the information included in my EBAY account. Well, I added my account numbers to receive the proceeds from the sale, ebay partially restricts me until it verifies that everything is correct. After receiving the two micro-deposits and certifying that it is my account, the ebay account remains restricted until March 25. But on March 25 there are no changes in my account. After a laborious search I manage to get in touch with someone from customer service. I make myself available to them and offer to send more information if necessary in order to end the account restriction and the response is that my account is completely restricted.I have just sent a message requesting information so they can tell me what happened for my account to be restricted. I still do not know the reasons for this. And I have also asked them to tell me what the protocol is for filing a complaint through other channels.I want to say that the helplessness in a process like this is total and it is not very clear what recourse someone like me has in this situation. If anyone has gone through a similar process I would be grateful if they could share what their experience was and whether they were able to solve their problem. The truth is, I don’t plan to use a digital service like this again. I’m sick of the AI they use. What happens when EBAY doesn’t do things right?
