Hello @laalf71
Thank you for your message. It looks like you’ve experienced an issue with multiple charges on your card without having completed the purchase. This usually happens because of payment pre-authorization processes by some banking institutions. Here’s an explanation and the steps to follow:
When you make a purchase and the seller sends the authorization request, banks may temporarily hold the funds. This hold will be processed again when the transaction is completed.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it’s likely that the bank is still in the pre-authorization process.
Generally, these types of charges are automatically removed from bank statements within a period of time that can last up to a month. You don’t need to take any additional action for this to happen.
If the pre-authorization charges are not automatically removed, I recommend contacting your bank or financial institution. They will be able to give you an estimated date for when these charges will be removed.
Since you say you have contacted your bank, explain to them that we have verified that you did not receive a successful purchase confirmation, and that you need the pre-authorization charges to be removed from your account.
If you need more assistance, we’re here to help.
I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for your attention and for being part of our community.
Best regards
Cinthia
