Who is JustAnswer? They charged me $36.00. Why?
Hello Tuve un problema con una compra, mientras trataba de contactar ebay servicio al cliente (help);
se aparecio JustAnswer... Ahora me doy cuenta que me hicieron un cargo de $36.00.
Hello, Please help me to understand who you are (justanswer). I thought that I was dealing with ebay... And you charged me $36.00... How come??? If I know ahead of time that JustAnswer will charge; I won't use your services. Now I going to question ebay.

Thanks for your message. I assure you that our Customer Service is 100% free and you will never be charged for providing information, so I’m afraid you may have been the victim of some fraud or of a service from a company that is not affiliated with eBay.
I suggest that you contact your bank to let them know about this charge and that you file a report with the local police.
