I want to close my eBay account

I want to close my eBay account, I opened it and now I get monthly statements, does anyone know how to close the account?

You can request to close your account from this page, and keep in mind that before doing so, you’ll need to make sure of the following:

You have paid all commissions, fees, and other selling expenses, and your total available funds are zero
You do not have any open bids on any item
You do not have any pending transactions (that is, open bids, pending payments, pending returns, payment disputes, payments pending to be processed in your bank account, or transactions with pending status)
You have canceled all your subscriptions
