I want to return an item and it doesn't show up
I want to return a product that has arrived and isn't working properly.
I want to process the return from my order center and the item I bought doesn't appear.
I don't know how to handle it, I have the order number and item reference, I've spoken with the seller and they told me I have to handle it through eBay but it doesn't give me the option.

From what you’re saying, it’s very likely that you made that purchase with a guest account, which would explain why you don’t see it in your registered account.
If you bought an item as a guest, you can open a return request by clicking the purchase confirmation email you received in your email inbox. When you do, make sure you are not logged into an account you may have registered with that same email,
