An unrecognized payment was made with my card
Hello friends, I don't know how, someone made a purchase with my card on ebay, (we're dealing with fraud) I only use the card in emergency cases, generally I make transactions,
Could ebay look for that account or purchase with my card and refund my money,
If so, please contact me

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you've had this experience. If the transaction has been completed from your eBay account and they have used your card and your details to complete the transaction, we can help you, but if the purchase was not completed with your eBay account and you can only see the transaction on your bank statement, you will need to contact your bank directly.
When you contact your bank, they will start a dispute and you may receive a refund and cancel the bank card, as your account details have been compromised.
