I received the package but the item wasn’t included
Hello, I recently bought an item at an auction, and I already received the package but the item wasn't inside the package. I don't know what I can do in that case ?

From what you mention, we recommend that you open a return request as soon as possible, specifying that you received an empty box. You can include photos of the package, and specify that the package received did not contain any item, and after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
