Receive message copies in Gmail
Hello!
Some time ago, when a seller sent you a purchase offer on eBay, a copy of the message was received in the inbox of the email account registered on the platform, for example, a Gmail email address.
Currently, I have missed the option to accept some sellers' offers for an item I was interested in because I have not seen the alert message until I signed in to my eBay account and accessed the Messages section.
Is it possible to reactivate the option to receive a copy of these notifications/seller offer alert messages?

We’d advise you to carefully review this page with useful information for setting your notification preferences in your account.
Please note, for example, that si you use Google Chrome on a computer running the Windows operating system, you can enable browser notifications to receive eBay updates. If you enable them, we’ll send you notifications based on your activity while you’re signed in.
