From what you’re saying, it’s possible that you made that purchase with or a guest account.
Make sure to check your email, if you have received the purchase confirmation that is sent after completing a purchase as a guest.
Also, on this page you can find the option to request, if necessary, a new purchase confirmation email, so that you can see the order details you are referring to.
