I'm writing here to find out how to get them to pay attention to us. I bought two mini radios in August and after waiting two months, because they seemed to have come from the planet Mars, they tell me that between September 7 and October 8 I will receive the purchase. In reality I didn’t receive anything because, according to what they say, but I don’t know who... the logistics company returned the purchase because it was or would be somehow out of order (this is to make something clear that was never clear), so I asked which logistics company delivers the orders? because I have the right to choose who brings them, to which, to this day, I have not received a response. Not only did I not receive a response from anyone, but from another seller they were offering to give me the order with an offer to buy it but I already paid for it. Not only did I cancel the sale, but I am waiting for the money on my card, which has not arrived.
I just want Ebay to tell me what happened and give me the money back
