Recover old account
Hello, hi
I had an eBay account with very good ratings, I haven’t used it for years and now I can’t remember the password. The password recovery methods are no longer useful to me, since neither the email address nor the phone number I registered with still exist. I’ve called and the only solution they give me is to create a new account.
Does anyone know how I could recover it?
Is it possible that eBay canceled it for not being used?
Any information will be welcome. Thanks.

Thanks for your message. I understand that you no longer have access to the email address or phone number, so the information you have received is correct and you will need to create a new account.
Your previous account has not been canceled and if you had the phone number or email you registered with, you could recover your account, but if you do not have access to these details, we will not be able to verify that it is your account and you will not be able to reset the password.
