Refund
Apparently I received a refund from pay-pal through my card, but after a month there’s nothing showing in my bank account. And no matter how much I look, I can’t find how to get in touch with e-bay to explain the problem. Not in help or anywhere else. How can I contact e-bay directly?

If you received confirmation of a refund issued by the seller or by eBay, after opening a claim, or if the order was canceled, you can check whether that refund was issued by clicking on 'View details' in the Purchase History of your account, after locating the order you are referring to.
Refunds once issued can take between 3-5 business days to complete and be visible in the payment method you used to complete a purchase. We would recommend contacting PayPal to understand the time frame in which they may take to transfer those funds to your card. Also, if you need help verifying whether that refund was issued, you can contact us through this page.
