Refund
Hi, can someone help me??
I cancelled a purchase and they issued the refund to a blocked and cancelled card, the seller says they’ve done it and that they can’t do anything else and that I should contact eBay, the thing is that nobody is giving me any solution and I also don’t have the purchase amount, WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Thanks for your message. I’ll be happy to help you. When a refund is issued, it is sent directly to the original payment method used to complete the order, and the seller does not have the option to send it to any other payment method, only to reverse the transaction.
What happens in these cases is that if you still have an account with that bank, you can contact your bank directly and give them your refund reference, and they can send the refund funds to an account you designate that is in your name. Have you tried this yet?
If this doesn’t work, we will need to wait 45 days to make sure the refund has failed, and you can contact the seller to find out if they received the refund back, or contact us and we will continue helping you.
