Thanks for your message. I understand that you want the refund in a different account and I’m afraid that this isn’t possible.
We can only “reverse” the funds to the original account and it isn’t possible to send the refund to a different account. If you no longer have your original account, we recommend contacting your bank, as they will be able to locate the refund and send it to another of your accounts.
