refund
I made an inquiry about a refund, and after different questions they referred me to a technical service JustAnswer, which says that to verify the refund it is asking me for my card number. I was surprised and checked the Visa account and they charged me 1 Euro. In my opinion, EBAY customer service should be free. Can you tell me what I should do. Thank you

To contact us, you can go to our Help Pages. It will depend on the topic of your query so you can get the email, chat, or phone number for the right team, where you can talk and receive help from one of our specialists.
