Refund
I canceled an eBay order, they authorized the cancellation and refund, but the money never arrived in my bank account. It said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days, that was on July 13, 2024, and nothing has arrived yet….

Thanks for your message. I understand that you haven’t received your refund for the transaction cancellation. The first thing I suggest is to go to Your purchase history to see if you can view the refund.
If you can see the date and amount of the refund, it means it is being processed. If 21 days have already passed and you still haven’t received your refund, let us know and we’ll check whether it has failed and we can process it again.
Normally, you’ll receive the refund in 3-5 days, but it may take 10 days if the payment was completed with PayPal or 21 -30 days if the refund has failed.
