Refund
Hello, I made a purchase with Klarna on installments, but the seller wasn't sending me the order so I canceled the purchase, the seller canceled it and they told me the refund would be in 3 to 5 days. It still hasn't been done, does anyone know why? Or should I wait longer? Thanks

Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller has already sent you the refund. If you do not receive the refund after 5 days, please contact my customer support colleagues.
It will depend on the topic of your inquiry in order to get the email, chat, or phone number for the correct team, where you can talk to and receive help from one of our specialists.
The way it works is, you will need to go to our Help Pages and then select the topic of your inquiry. At the end of each page, you will find a section that says Contact Us. If you click on this section, you will find the option to call us, chat with us, send us an email, etc.
