Refund
Hello! I bought from Spain, in the USA, a item that didn't arrive complete. I opened a case through PayPal and was given a refund option. The purchased item offered 30 days of allowable returns. PayPal gave me the green light for the return, with the corresponding refund, as long as I upload the return label. eBay won't let me start the return process for the refund request. What should I do?
