Refund my money
I have a problem, the supplier canceled my product that I'd already paid for! I contacted the supplier and they told me they had asked eBay to issue my refund but I haven't heard anything at all.

If a seller cancels an order, they will have to issue a refund to complete the cancellation, and you can check its status by clicking on 'See details' next to the item in question, in your Purchase History.
Please note that you may receive protection if the seller does not cancel said order, and you do not receive the item by the estimated delivery date indicated in the order. In that case, make sure to open a claim for item not received, so that the seller can issue a refund. If they do not, you can select the 'Ask eBay for help' option available within the claim.
