Refund for a purchase
A month ago I bought an item. Over time, the seller didn’t send it, and I opened a request, to which they replied that they would send it in a week, but they didn’t, and recently I opened a request again.
In the message I expressed my desire to still want the item, implying that I could keep waiting, simply asking to receive news about the item, since the seller wasn’t responding to me.
But eBay has decided, perhaps without reading my message, to issue a refund and close the case. I still want the item in question from the seller, is there anything I can do? Can I pay for it again or something?
