Incorrect refund
They cancelled my purchase and instead of paying me the full amount, they paid me less. I would like to receive all of my money.

Hello,
Please note that if a seller cancels an order, it is necessary to issue a full refund of the amount paid when the purchase was completed.
It is therefore not possible to cancel an order and issue a partial refund of that amount, so we would recommend that you review the cancellation details to verify the amount of the refund issued.
You can do so by clicking on 'View details' next to 'The item has been canceled' in your account's Purchase History. In this guide you can find more information about it.
