Unclaimed refund
Hello, my order was canceled and eBay processed the refund on April 29 for €118, but as of today I have not received the credit on my card. Could you check the status of the refund or provide me with the payment receipt? I have checked my account and it does not appear. Thank you. On my eBay it says that the cancellation has been made and that the refund is processed within 3/5 days, and I haven't received anything. What can I do?
