Refund not received
Hello. My refund was approved on January 17th for an item that I didn't receive. The 5 business days that eBay has to issue the refund have already passed and my money hasn't arrived. Why does that happen if my accounts are active?

Normally it takes 3-10 days to receive a refund, so if you still haven’t received your refund to the original payment method, you’ll need to write to us so we can review the transaction.
