Partial refund
Last Friday 08/03 I agreed on a partial refund with the seller of the item I recently purchased (I received an acceptance email from them), which had a small unforeseen defect (order: 25-11242-29944).
When will it be credited to my bank account?

Hello,
If you received confirmation of a refund issued by the seller or by eBay, after opening a claim, or if the order was canceled, you can check whether that refund was issued by clicking on 'View details' in your account's Purchase History, after locating the order you are referring to.
Once issued, refunds can take between 3-5 business days to be completed and visible in the payment method you used to complete a purchase. We would recommend contacting your bank to understand the time frames in which it may take them to transfer those funds to your card. Also, if you need help verifying whether that refund was issued, you can contact us through this page.
