Refunds
I haven't received an item.
According to the seller, it was delivered on January 15 at 17:15.
I spent the whole afternoon of January 15 fixing up the patio at the front door of the house and no courier came.
Maybe the address was wrong.
This is not my fault, so I should receive a refund.
But eBay gives more value to a delivery that never happened and has closed the case.
It's totally unfair.
I've spent thousands of euros on eBay.
I'll probably stop buying.
