refund buyer
hi i am having issues to refund a buyer, i tried from my android phone and my laptop also, but it doesn't work. i have my German bank account linked with ebay and also my PayPal. please have in mind that i made this ebay account when i was in Spain, now i live in Germany.

Please note that como seller, you can issue refunds through the Seller Dashboard or My eBay. You can also issue a refund through a cancellation or return request, or an item not received case.
