Refund for canceled order not received since January 24.
Hello, on January 24 the seller canceled the order and eBay issued a PayPal refund. 5 business days have passed and the refunded money hasn't arrived. What's going on?.

Thank you for your message. Normally, a refund to a PayPal account takes 10 business days, and if it’s to a bank, it’s 3-5 business days, so we’re still within the normal period to process the refund and we ask that you be patient.
