Refund, but the package has arrived
I ordered a PS4 game. In the end it didn’t arrive on the day and I complained to the seller, I got a refund and today the game has arrived. What do you do in these cases? Why do I have the refund and the game

Hello,
If you received a refund after opening a claim, you won't be able to take action within the claim, but you can contact the seller to try to reimburse them for the item amount, but this would already be outside of any claim.
