Returned due to failed delivery attempt
Hi, how are you, since January 2, 2024, I bought a software collectible item from the USA to Mexico, it says it would arrive by February 14 at the latest, but when I looked at the package's shipping history, it says it was sent back somewhere I don't know where due to a failed delivery attempt, I checked my shipping address and instead of my address appearing, my phone number appears!, it's outrageous that this happens, at the very least the shipping company should try to contact me by phone or eBay by message, anything, what can be done in this situation?, Since I can't find ANY help from eBay anywhere, greetings and thanks!

If your order was returned to the seller after an attempted delivery, make sure to contact them to understand whether they are willing to issue a refund after receiving the item back.
