Return label
I bought an item and it did not live up to what was promised, I let eBay know, and they refunded my money but did not send the return label, which the seller is supposed to send so I can return the product. I want to return it and I don't know what else to do. I tried to talk to the people at eBay, but it said they were closed, when they were supposed to be open Monday through Sunday from 10 to 18 hours. I tried on Sunday at 16 hours.
