Clear up a doubt for me.. (from Argentina).
Hello.. It would be my first time buying an item and, on top of that, one that comes from China, the thing is that the purchase was made on 21/09/24 with an estimated arrival from 09/10/24 to 30/10/24 and beyond the fact that only a day has passed, I wanted to know if they usually take longer than what they themselves stated?..
It’s just that previously I had bought the same product from another seller who in the end turned out to not have sent me anything and everything fell through, wanting to point out that the money was refunded to me immediately.. If it takes longer, who should I turn to?... Thanks!.-

Hello
Thank you for your message. Normally, items arrive within the stated time and do not take longer than this period. I suggest that, so you are protected, you open a case.
On eBay, we have the eBay Customer Guarantee Protection to cover your purchase in situations like these, where you have not received your item. I suggest that you contact the seller directly in case the item has already been sent, but the tracking number has not been updated, as this sometimes happens. If you do not receive a response from the seller, it is important that you check the estimated delivery date in your transaction, as our guarantee protects you for up to 30 days after the estimated date.
Below I will tell you how to open the request yourself so you can begin the process to request a refund and back our guarantee, if you are still within those 30 days. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so that the refund process and communication between the seller and you can begin.
It is rare for sellers to ignore your request for help, but if you do not receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay's help if you go into the case from your account and click the option "Ask eBay for Help".
Kind regards
Cinthia
