Cancel an order
I placed an order for some SSDs and I canceled it after 30 min because I saw in a video that they’re a scam, that they’re imitation ones and don’t work well. I tried to cancel it after 30 min and the seller won’t let me. It’s coming from China, I think. What can I do?

Thanks for your message. To cancel an order, whether it’s a Buy It Now transaction or you won an auction, you need to contact the seller and ask them to cancel it. The seller can accept or reject your cancellation request.
If you’ve changed your mind or used the wrong shipping address, contact the seller within an hour of purchase. If the seller hasn’t shipped the item yet, you can ask them to cancel the order. If more than an hour has passed or the seller has already shipped the item, you’ll need to contact them.
You can go to the following link to submit the Cancellation Request officially; when the seller cancels the transaction, you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
