From what you’re saying, we recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and that you contact the seller to see whether they can provide you with more information about the shipment.
Please keep in mind that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order. According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details. Review this link with information so you can open a claim for an item not received. You can do so once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
