A friend of mine had their account suspended and can’t get any response from eBay. Nearly two months later, the account is still suspended, with no money and no sold item because the buyer already has it. All they do is ask him to send some documents, which he can only send by logging into the account, and since it’s suspended it won’t let him get in. Is he going to be left without the money and without the item? Because eBay isn’t giving any response at all
