I requested a product, and a supposed tracking number has been generated but it can’t be tracked, it only says china post and nothing else

If you have a tracking number, you can try tracking it with this universal tracker using this link here. If you still don't have any relevant tracking information, you can contact the seller using this link here, and ask for the tracking number and a page where you can track it.
Likewise, remember that if you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, you can open a case with this link here. If after 3 business days you still do not receive your refund for not having received the item, you can ask us for help with this other link here, and we can escalate the case to help you resolve it.
