Suspicious bidding system
Hello, how are you?
Let me tell you something that happened to me, to see if it happened to anyone else too.
I was bidding on an item, which I was winning, and with 20 seconds left I started following the bid very closely so I wouldn’t lose it, I was refreshing every moment and I was still winning, even at second 2 of the final countdown I was still winning, and when the countdown ended, it said I had lost. How is it possible for someone to enter just an amount and hit accept on the button and everything in less than 10 seconds? Are they bots? I honestly don’t understand.
Has this happened to you?

Hello,
Remember that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can receive assistance through the eBay.com help pages
What you have explained seems perfectly normal, since it seems possible that the other buyer in question is using automatic bidding and has a higher maximum limit than yours.
To clarify this, keep in mind that buyers have the option to set up automatic bidding in their account and enter the maximum price you are willing to pay for an item
Make sure to read this page, with useful information on the subject, and we would also recommend visiting the following page with useful tips for winning auctions.
